Administrative agents

In accordance with Article 1 of the Organic Statute Law:

"Administrative Agents are professionals who, without prejudice to the right of acting by proxy, stated under Article 24 of the Administrative Procedure Act, engage in a customary manner, with professionalism and in exchange of the payment of fees, in promoting, soliciting and performing all sorts of procedures that do not require the application of legal technicalities reserved for advocacy. These non-legal matters can concern natural or legal persons or entities and, upon request, be presented before any of the Public Administration’s entities, informing clients of the procedure’s state and vicissitudes throughout its development."
